We have a range of charges that apply to your child's Nursery School place. Please read about these below.
Parents should provide a water bottle.
Water is provided FREE of charge.
We include FREE whole milk and semi-skimmed milk.
We claim the cost of the milk from the FREE Nursery Milk Scheme.
We can also claim FREE formula milk upon request.
We are not able to claim for specialist / non-dairy milk. Parents are expected to provide this.
We do not charge for EYFS consumables such as paint, glue and everyday paper.
We do not charge for EYFS experiences such as visits by the Police or Fire Service or visits to the park.
We charge for our additional services. Please read about these below.
We currently run football sessions on a Wednesday afternoon - 12.30pm to 1pm.
From 1st April 2024, it will be £8.50 per hour from 12noon to 5pm on a Wednesday.
PLUS a £3.50 charge for the football session.
Funded hours are not available during this time.
Yoga sessions run on a Wednesday afternoon after football.
From 1st April 2024, it will be £8.50 per hour from 12noon to 5pm on a Wednesday.
PLUS a £3.50 charge for the yoga session.
If you stay for football and yoga, it is £6 for both.
Funded hours are not available during this time.
We currently run French lessons on a Thursday afternoon - 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
From 1st April 2024, it will be £8.50 per hour from 12noon to 5pm on a Thursday.
PLUS a £3.50 charge for the language lesson.
Throughout the year, we also include lessons in Spanish and German to align with a range of European celebrations.
Funded hours are not available during this time.
During August each year, we offer a week-long programme of swimming lessons.
These swimming lessons take place at Wilnecote High School.
These lessons are charged in addition to the hourly charge on the day or in addition to the funded rate on the day.
These lessons are PAYG (subject to availability) - join for one session or join for the week.

We include a breakfast for all children up to 8.50am.
This includes toast and cereals.
The cost of breakfast is included in the consumables fee for the breakfast hour.
We grow our own fruit and vegetables and children will be able to access these for throughout the year.
Parents should provide all food for their child - snacks, lunch and an evening meal.
We do not set mandatory charges for meals and the purchasing of meals is not a condition of accessing a funded place.
Meals can be purchased at £3 per lunch and £4 per evening meal.
We grow our own fruit and vegetables and children will be able to access these throughout the year.
Parents should cover their child in sun cream at the start of their day. This should be a minimum of factor 50 and waterproof.
Parents are required to pay our weekly sun cream and gloves charge of £1 during June, July and August.
If we experience additional sunny weather in April and May where sun cream is required, we will inform you in advance.
Parents can provide their own sun cream and gloves for their child. These must be labelled and plentiful for re-application throughout each day.
Should we have to supply these if they have run out, the charge will be applied.
We are not able to staff an indoor provision at the same time as an outdoor provision due to the nature of our site.
Parents should provide all nappies, wipes, nappy bags and creams that their child may need.
Supplies should be replenished for each time they attend.
We do not hold stocks of nappies, so please ensure that you supply more than enough.
Should we need to supply personal care items, there will be a £1 per occurrence charge.
We charge per funded session for our consumables. This runs across all funded hours.
This charge covers a wide range of consumables that we provide for which are above and beyond the requirements of the EYFS. This is what makes our provision unique.
These consumables are linked to our sensory programme for babies, our toddler explorer programme and our pre-school reading and writing programme.
Each term, we inform parents about our curriculum, themes and events, book of the week, and experiences. Any parent wishing to make alternative arrangements to pay for these items can request to pay for items individually.

We charge per funded session for our experiences programme. This runs across all funded hours.
This charge covers our specialist licences for music and television including Moo Music and our PPL PRS Licence (music).
This also includes consumables (batteries) for our specialist electronic and light-up sensory equipment for our In The Dark sessions, Track Tots, science sessions, electronic learning devices and robots.

We charge per educational visit - entrance charge, sundries charge , transport. This runs across all funded and non-funded hours.
Parents will be requested to transport their own children and to use annual/free passes where possible.
We currently don't charge for children to join our Reading Programme. However, we do charge for the Reading Record Book and Phonics Record Book.
We provide all pre-schoolers with a reading record book, phonics book and reading book.
The reading book is changed as often as they read. A charge is made for a contribution to the reading books.
