Our Nursery School Director/Manager is the founder and owner of The Tots' Clubhouse Nursery School Ltd. Abigail is responsible for day-to-day management of operations, teaching children and their care.
Abigail is a L6 Educator (EYFS regulation 3.34, pg 29) and can be responsible for 13 children aged 3 and upwards when working directly in the room.
Abigail has been assessed as competent and responsible (EYFS regulation 3.32 pg 28), including experience to care for babies and lead the room, to be counted in ratio as a Level 3 for Under 2s and 2 to 3 year olds.

Our Deputy Manager is responsible for deputising for the Director, Business Administration and day-to-day support operations. Russell has completed the DfE certified EYFS child development training.
EYFS regulation 3.28 (point 36, pg 28) does not require the Deputy Manager to have a childcare qualification. The Deputy Manager can be counted in our ratios.
Russell has several years experience of being a Primary School Bursar (Primary Academy) and a Business Manager (Federated Maintained Primary School and Maintained Primary School). He was also a Primary School Governor for over two years.
