We are aiming to become a unique and best practice employer of Educators who need to work flexibly.  But, this means we need more staff to cover all of our hours. So, please apply even if you can only do a few hours a week.  The variety of talents and experience is an asset.  We offer childcare packages for employee's children too.

We are looking for individuals who are kind, empathetic, calm and positive.

If you run your own business and want to continue to run it, you can!  We have lots of mum entrepreneurs on our team!

We invest over £7,000 per employee per year on their professional development for their future career.

We are advertising Level 3 Educator positions based on a minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification, GCSE Maths grade C/4 and GCSE English grade C/4 or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills certificates.

If you have a Level 2 and are aspiring to achieve Level 3 in future, please also complete the Level 3 application and we can discuss your professional development opportunities.

Volunteers don't need a childcare qualification, but it helps if you are working towards Level 1, 2 or 3.

Vacancies are paid per hour at the National Living Wage per hour.  Uplifts are negotiable.  

Volunteer roles are unpaid, however, we can provide opportunities into training programmes and facilitate apprenticeships or placements.

VACANCY 1:  Under 19 years old Level 2 Apprentice in Childcare. Minimum of 20 hours per week (7.30am to 5.15pm), 46 weeks per year.   No qualifications  - this will be considered for this position.

VACANCY 2: Under 19 years Level 3 Apprentice in Childcare with professional training in water skills: Life Guard Training and Swim Teacher Qualifications. Minimum of 20 hours per week (7.30am to 5.15pm), 46 weeks per year.

VACANCY 3: Over 19 years Level 5 Apprentice in Childcare or Level 6 Early Years Teacher Training (dependent upon Level 3 or degree qualification). Minimum of 30 hours per week (7.30am to 5.15pm), 46 weeks per year.

VACANCY 4: Level 3 Qualified in Childcare. Minimum of 30 hours per week (7.30am to 5.15pm), 46 weeks per year.

VACANCY 5: Over 19 years Level 3 Apprentice in Childcare. Minimum of 18 hours per week (9.30am to 2.30pm), 37 weeks per year.  Overtime available.

VACANCY 6: Over 19 years Holiday Cover Teacher (EYITT, teacher in training) .  Ad hoc or regular hours throughout the school holidays (Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire holiday times).

We are looking for exceptional  people who want to join our ambitious team.  We reserve the right to close vacancies early, advertise these vacancies to internal candidates and readvertise vacancies that are unfilled.

Apprentice wage for under 19 years old applies to the first year of a full-time Apprenticeship and will be £8.00 per hour.

Apprentice or EYITT over 19 years is salaried at the National Living Wage.

The qualification is FREE.  Study time within the setting is 2-hours paid per week. Additional off-the-job training, online learning, meetings, tutor sessions, and exam time is paid for within the working week.

GCSE Maths and English required to grade 4/C (or specified per vacancy).

The Swim Teacher position requires the applicant to be able to meet the minimum requirements of the Life Guard and Swim Teacher qualifications.  Our vision is to offer swimming lessons and experiences along our river and lake.

Level 3 salary is set at the National Living Wage.

We expect all Level 3 Educators to undertake a minimum of two (2) new qualifications e.g. Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENCo, NPQ, Time to Talk Level 3.  These are FREE.
