Payments can be used via a wide range of methods:

• Tax-Free Childcare Account
• Universal Credit
• Employee Childcare Benefit Scheme
• Credit Card
• Paypal

We accept other payment methods including Klarna and cash.  However, we provide additional information and receipts for these payment methods.

Consumables and experience charges are payable on all absences relating to sickness and unplanned absences.

Planned absences of reasonable notice do not incur charges.

A month notice is considered reasonable notice.  Exceptional circumstances are considered.
