Please review the following information on how we confirm your funded place. There are specific rules and responsibilities when claiming funding. We all have to comply with these requirements to be eligible.

How we confirm your funding eligibility.

Warwickshire County Council Early Years Business Team audit our provision based on the funding administration requirements. Please be aware of how this works, what we have to declare, what you have to declare and why the funding works differently to what you might think it does!
Important Funding Dates
Please be aware of how the funding is split per term.
Warwickshire County Council determine the funding terms each year. We work to these dates throughout the year.
Please note our additional closed periods during term time. These are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Always check how many hours you are eligible for.
Please review the information carefully so that you understand how term time and stretched hours are funded.
We aim to be open for between 46 and 48 weeks per year.
If you stretch the hours, the hours per week are less than 15 hours.
Attendance and Punctuality is monitored.
Please be aware that there are a set of conditions that you need to agree to for the use of the funding. Your attendance and punctuality is monitored by Warwickshire County Council.
If we identify any concerns, we will raise these with you and then follow due process with the funding conditions.
