Consumable charges apply to all children recieving funded hours.
A charge of £0.50 will be applied to all children attending for funded hours between 07:30 to 08:59.
Parents can opt out of this charge. However, if the child is hungry and eats breakfast, we will make this charge of £0.50.
Parents can provide their own breakfast items for their child as per our allergen policy - original packaging should be provided.

This charge covers the cost of the food items. It does not cover the delivery, utilities, preparation or waste costs.
For non-funded hours, breakfast is included in the hourly rate.

Parents can opt out of this charge. However, if the child does not have these items in their bags as they need them, a £0.25 charge will be made per attendance.

We use tissues and face wipes to clean your child every time after eating, and when they have mucus coming from their nose, dribbling or crying.
This charge covers the cost of the tissues and wipes. it does not cover the purchase admin or delivery.
For non-funded hours, tissues and face wipes are included in the hourly rate.
A charge of £0.25 will be applied to all toilet trained children attending for funded hours per attendance.
Parents can opt out of this charge. However, if a child does not have these items in their bag as they need them, a £0.25 charge will be made per attendance.

For non-funded hours, nappy sacks for toilet trained children are included in the hourly rate.
This charge covers the cost of the nappy sacks. It does not cover the purchase admin or delivery.

A charge of £5.00 will be applied to all children attending for funded hours for the period of 1 April to 11 July 2025.
Parents should cover their child in sun cream at the start of their day. This should be a minimum of factor 50 and waterproof.
Suncream provided will be re-applied every 2 hours or after water-play.
If a child is not provided sun cream, parents must provide clothes for full body cover. The child will be sent home, if no appropriate clothes or cream is provided.
Parents can opt out of this charge. However, the following is required to be provided:
If your child has sensitive skin or you wish them to have their own sun cream, please provide this as required.
We do not provide nappies, wipes, nappy bags or creams for personal care.
Parents should provide all nappies, wipes, nappy bags and creams that their child may need.
Supplies should be replenished for each time they attend. We change nappies each time they are wet or soiled, so we may use more than you use at home.
We do not hold stocks of nappies, so please ensure that you supply more than enough.
Should we need to supply toileting care items for funded children, there will be a £1 per attendance charge.
We do not provide lunch or dinner unless these are paid for.
Parents should provide all food for their child - snacks, lunch and an evening meal.
Please adhere to our allergen policy. We reserve the right to return items of food that contain allergens. These items of food will be labelled an allergy risk.
We do not set mandatory charges for meals and the purchasing of meals is not a condition of accessing a funded place.
Meals can be purchased at £3 per lunch and £4 per evening meal.
